SHEAR - Simplify Health Equity Application Reviews

This is a draft FHIR Interoperability Project that aims to address two situations:

1. Simplify the process of matching beneficiaries to Health Plan Services intended to help those in need or distress.
2. Provide a linkage between a Health Plan member’s Coverage and their Advance Directive instructions.

This Implementation Guide leverages existing Implementation Guides and FHIR technology solutions that have been implemented, or are ready for implementation, with minimal modification to meet the requirements of these use cases.

This Implementation Guide is developed using FHIR Shorthand (FSH).
