The consent resource in this Implementation Guide addresses the documentation of 3 permission constructs:

1. AppRegistrationConsent: Dataholder approves a third-party application to access an API/Implementation.
2. AppAccessConsent: Data Subject approves a third-party application to access their data.
3. DelegateAccessConsent: Data Subject authorizes/denies access to another individual to act omn their behalf in sharing their data.
